Villa Sani Facilities

The two floors of Villa Sani that are being let are 64sq m each. On the first floor is the kitchen with pantry, dining room, large living area, bathroom and computer room - not intended for sleeping but extra sleeping space could be made if necessary. There are four bedrooms on the upper floor; two double rooms and two twins for kids. The latter rooms have beds that can be extended into double beds. Each room has a balcony and there are also two bathrooms.

In Villa Sani you will have satellite TV with around 100 programs at your disposal, aside from local Croatian TV programs. If you feel more like watching a DVD, video, or listening to radio, those facilities are also provided.

The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, stove and two refrigerators with a freezer. Tableware and cutlery are also provided.

Bathrooms are equipped not only with a shower but also with a washing machine. The Villa has split air-conditioning systems installed.

The upper floor has two balconies, the larger is covered and is 25 sq m in surface, and the smaller one is 12 sq m and is uncovered.

The grounds are green and lush with mediterranean flora but pets are not permitted.
